close to disneyland, clean apartment, 5 min way to local shop and bakery (good if someone doesn't want to pay 7,5 euros for breakfast in hotel), good value for money!
Two times someone get into our apartment with own keys when we were inside two seconds after knocking (we didn't have even chance to open the door for that person)!!!! No safe in apartment.

Good value hotel close to Eurodisney.
Only problem was the noise. We were woken in the early hours by a group of teenagers chatting loudly outside our room. We asked them politely to stop and were sworn at. There were no staff on site overnight to report this to and to bring a halt to it. So the thing I didn't like was lack of overnight staff.

Price
Wifi only works in or nearby lobby. We need very much wifi in the room to check how to go around Paris. Request for extra 1 key, but they said no extra.

Location is near to Disneyland. The house is spacious and equipped with what the family needs. The kitchen is nice and view outside is good.
There is only bath upstair, toilet is only downstair. The reception closes at 9 p.m, so you will not find any person after that. The reception gave me tickets for Disneyland and told me the time of working hours there, but he was wrong, so I missed visiting the studio even that I paid its ticket.

PLenty of room for family of 6. Not far from disneyland. PLenty of room and was clean. Towel lasted all week and all aplliances worked.
The internet never worked either wifi or cable. Parking was rubish if you came back late from disney couldnt get parked for love or money which when you have 2 sleepy toddlers and a disabled child it aint great. The staff were ok but never really understood when we mentioned the internet problem which after 2 days we gave up asking them to fix it. No kettle thou which was a pian.

The location is excellent for Disneyland, but far enough away in a lovely little village with bar, shop and a lovely pattessrie.
In need of some decoration looking a little bit tired. Disappoint that the address given by Booked.net was wrong which caused us to via the sat nav to go right into the centre of Paris to the wrong address causing panic and concern and time and petrol trying to sort out where we should be. We had trouble contacting the hotel and yourselves by both phone clicking off after several rings. Unfortunately your customer service person was not very helpful on this matter.

The location
No air conditioning and no standard shower. We are returning to same location in winter and uncertain this hotel would be comfortable enough in the cold weather.

We stayed here for a one day visit to Disneyland with our 3 children and another couple, (friends) with 1 child. The location was perfect and value for money excellent. The beds were the most comfortable we've slept in away from home and whilst not luxurious the accomodation had everything we needed. We wanted to be in the same appartnent so we could put the children to bed and share a bottle of wine/meal-not always easy with 8 people! I would definitively stay in a citea again and recommend them to everyone.

The price & easy access to Disneyland Paris . Staff were friendly and helpful . Very clean accommodation .
Power tripped out in our apartment at 7.30pm when dark . Staff were very helpful & apologetic & gave us another apartment . Apartments were quite bare - almost stark .

Transportation facilities, location to Disneyland (10 minutes by bus), close to shopping centre, price was great.
Needed a few more things in the kicthen and bathroom, such as enough glasses for 6 people, spatula, a towel rail in the toilet. A few simple things that would make life a lot easier.
